What I liked

Great place. I loved working with everyone and everyone was very friendly and easy to get along with. I really enjoyed the working environment and the daily classes we had to widen our respective of the computer science realm. I highly recommend working at Acima to everyone.

What I wish was different

Nothing. I think their perfect as they are.

Advice

If you have questions don't be scared to speak up. If you don't remember who to talk to about certain questions just ask anyone. Everyone is very friendly and will point you in the right direction.

What I liked

Great close knit team, fast paced, always busy and stuff to work on. Research opportunities regarding recruitment and very open to self driven opportunities. Very up beat and positive team.

What I wish was different

A more structured training would have been nice, but it was also nice that we were able to just jump right in due to the need of the position as it was created to accommodate growth in the company.

Advice

This company is great for growth. We mainly promote from within so I would encourage anyone interested in business to be open to starting in the entry level positions and just apply apply apply for other positions you are interested in after getting your foot in the door.

What I liked

Great community environment. Not a typical call center but focused on individual progress and development. Great opportunity for growth since they mainly hire internal candidates for promotions first. Great events/contests to motivate the department.

What I wish was different

I honestly wish we could interact more, but that is more of a COVID issue that company issue. I don't have much criticism since they are great at recognizing individuals' potential

Advice

If you are willing to grow and start fresh, this is a great place to be. As long as you are motivated and have good work ethic, you are guaranteed to find a great spot here.

What I liked

Fun work environment and great employees. I was able to make a lot of friends while working there.

What I wish was different

They were not understanding at all when I had to miss one day of work for a family emergency.

Advice

Be prepared to deal with angry customers. They will yell at you and blame you for everything. Know that it's not personal and just treat them with respect.
