I liked the ease of the online application process. Also, other employees were very kind and supportive throughout the training process.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been employed in the original position I was hired for, that is, to work in the bakery, because that is the position to which I applied and was hoping to work.

Do not hesitate to apply because you think you will not be able to do the job; there are a variety of jobs that are available for people with all levels of experience and skill sets

The program was structured in a great way to understand the retail industry and receive hands on experience
What I wish was different
We had one big project due at the end but I wish in addition we also had a few mini projects throughout the 12 weeks
Advice
Ask a lot of questions and fully immerse yourself in this experience. You will not be disappointed.

What I liked
I liked that they hired me to help out wherever. I did so many different things at ACME that I feel like I walked around a more well rounded individual.

I wish I had been payed a little more. I think the amount of positions that I was trained for warranted a slight raise.
