It was a great opportunity to learn and explore areas that interested me, take risks, and develop leadership skills. The people there are really supportive and eager to help you pursue your career goals.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more guidance in my role and that they gave me more tough feedback. They gave a lot of feedback but not much of it was constructive.
Advice
Ask questions to the people you are working with and be interested. With any internship, the experience that you have is very dependent on the effort and willingness that you put in.
