The work atmosphere was great. All friendly and professional individuals. The company also likes to have fun and on occasion there would be small party events during working hours.
What I wish was different
If there was more field experience.
Advice
Allegiant is a great company to work for. I had no airline or aviation experience but they still took me on because I had safety experience in other industries and they said they like people who can bring different views and perspective to the industry so I was hired. A company with this kind of mentality just may take you on as an intern or full time personnel so don't sell yourself short.
