What I liked
I liked helping people find resources and other programs they needed. I also liked helping enroll people into health plans, as it was very rewarding to help people stuck in unfortunate situations.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more interns throughout the semester to help with other programs, as they were understaffed and struggled to get things done.
Advice
Make sure you know how to interact with people of all sorts
