What I liked

The autonomy and freedom to choose how I wanted to implement digital marketing strategies. I also really enjoyed being able to communicate with the CEO regularly

What I wish was different

Training. I wish I would have had a team or at least some kind of ideal direction at first. I eventually figured out what was needed but I taught myself mostly everything

Advice

Seek an employer that has an established process if you’re looking to increase or better your skill set. It was pretty difficult with a new owner and having most of the old employees there to really establish a foundation of good skills. Their change was on the fly, which in some ways is good. But too much disorganized processes can be stressful and hinder your focus
