Everyone was very hardworking and helped each other out. The people are very friendly and committed to seeing the company succeed. I liked getting to learn work solo on jobs and get things done on my own. I was never sitting around and always had something to work on or help out with.
What I wish was different
I wish I had started earlier in the summer so I could have gotten experience on other machines in the shop.
Advice
Allied Systems is a very hardworking and down to earth company that gets things done the correct way. You should be prepared to work hard and think critically. The job is very enjoyable and the people are easy to work with.
