What I liked

This company offered interns the ability to dive into almost any project he/she was interested in. Management is organized in a way that optimizes each worker's (and intern's) abilities and talents. As a medium-sized company, I gained a lot of experience working with almost every department.

What I wish was different

As a quickly-growing company, I wish I was able to spend more time directly with management as they were often busy all day.

Advice

If you have the ability to work here, I would advise an intern to work especially hard in the first few weeks to get to know the healthcare industry. As an extremely complex industry, it is crucial to learn as fast as you can so you can get on the same page as your boss and the other workers.
