Everything is dependent upon your effort and how much you put in. They give you all of the materials you need, are super supportive and train you to be successful.
What I wish was different
Nothing, the fact that I get 100%
of what I put in is amazing. There is Uncapped Commission, plus if you don't make any sales they still pay you a living wage for the week and work with you to try and make you the best you can be.
Advice
Go into it with an open mind, because you could be making six figures in less than a year if you put enough effort into this. You could be running your own business. They're not just looking for salesman or women, they are looking for people that can manage others.
