Corporate Trainer Intern

May - August 2018 • New York City, NY

What I liked

I liked the people, work environment and opportunities to learn about the business through leaders meetings and conferences. Also being treated the same as full time employees.

What I wish was different

Wish the hours were not so long.

Advice

Make sure to be ready to devote most of your time to this experience, it is worth it.

Account Executive

May - June 2018 • New York City, NY

What I liked

The people I met at this job made it extremely fun and worth while.

What I wish was different

When I went for an interview, they were unclear with me as to what I would be doing. On my first day I was told I was going to be doing door to door sales in Brooklyn, NY everyday. I did not enjoy doing this, and would get home at 1 am. If I was told what I would have been doing from the day I had my interview I would have not accepted the job.

Advice

When you go to interviews, be sure to ask and get exact answers about what a typical day would look like if you were to work at that company.

Marketing Intern

June - July 2018 • New York City, NY

What I liked

The other interns were great people everything else was terrible.

What I wish was different

I wish they didn’t lie about the hours, the job description, the pay, the shadiness, and the illegal activity that goes on.

Advice

Never do this internship.
