I liked how helpful everyone was. Making sure I understood my assignments, explaining the insurance jargons, and giving me guidance through my projects. They also made sure and asked if I had enough workload, too little, or too much, because they didn’t want me to feel overwhelmed or feel like I’m not contributing.
What I wish was different
Even though I enjoyed working remotely, I just wished I was able to meet my coworkers and manager in-person and work alongside with them.
Advice
The people I worked with were easygoing and relaxed. I felt comfortable around them and was able to be myself. Don’t be afraid to be yourself!
