What I liked
I started at American Finance with a Behavioral Science degree. I never worked in finance before and was a little nervous I wouldn't be "qualified" for this position. American Finance took the time to teach me everything I needed to know and more. They encourage you to learn more, expand your skills, think critically, and present new ideas to your team. They give you a space to learn and grow in the finance industry and the skills have developed will help me far beyond this job.
