Everyone is respectful and gives you the chance to work independently or within a group. Everyone also gives a lending hand at any moment necessary. At the end, everyone works in a team.
What I wish was different
The company is located in a warehouse so it is not climate controlled. You can either be sweating like crazy or freezing.
Advice
Even if you're not knowledgable about what you're doing or doubt about whether you're doing something right or wrong, be patient. Someone will help you as long as you ask respectfully.
