The owners, employers, managers, leaders and team mates all showed that they cared for one another and did their best to make sure that everyone was happy in their different jobs.

I wish I had know a bit more of what I was getting myself into, more information would have been nice.
Advice
It’s not an easy job, be prepared to work harder than you have before. This is a job that takes all your concentration and a lot of mental barriers to overcome
