Company culture is positive, everyone is accessible. Challenging throughout, but understandable to newcomers in the field. Free snacks and frequent company outings. Great pay and it's remote with an option of in-office.

What I liked
I like how everything didn't feel too big. There was no one that wasn't reachable, including executives. Everyone is simply an email away. As well, all the resources were given to interns in order to ensure success. No one was hung out to dry.
What I wish was different
I wish the internship program was year-round.
Advice
Be extremely picky about who you work for. Support, environment/culture, and compensation all go hand in hand.

Definitely find an environment that is right for you. For me, AnaVation was the perfect place that was challenging yet encouraging at the same time.
