Some of the pools had really great views of the rivers and bay.

What I liked
This internship was amazing! You're basically paid to drive to beaches all day on your own. If you finish collecting beach water early, the supervisor let's you take a long break (sometimes a whole 2 hours) in which I sat at the beaches and read. I wore my swim suit under the attire (shorts and government t-shirt). You get paid by the mile as well as min-wage. Done with work at 3pm.
What I wish was different
The office atmosphere was somewhat negative/ dull (you can tell no one likes their jobs there) and the supervisor is demeaning.
Advice
Expect to drive 60-90 miles a day. Lots of down time.
