The finger lakes is full of wonderful agriculture. The wine industry is specifically prominent in the area and the history is rather young. Working in the wine industry has allowed me to learn about the agriculture process and the vast history of wine.
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing. It has been a great experience for me. Even with the introduction of Covid, the collaboration among colleagues to navigate numerous obstacles has shown the resilience of the business.
Advice
Customer service is an extremely good skill. Being able to form lasting relationships with customers allows for great personal growth.
