What I liked

I was given responsibility from Day One, and always felt at home! Everyone was so easy to talk to and learn from.

What I wish was different

I wish I was given a little more time to train and learn with the Sales Team.


Don't give up and own up to your mistakes. People may think working Front Desk at a hotel is easy, but trust me it is not. There were multiple times where I messed up and it took a while to get used to the System they used, but what truly mattered to not only myself, but also my supervisors was that I immediately owned up to the mistake I mad and fixed it.
