What I liked

At Apex, I enjoyed the open and collaborative environment that fostered a comfortable relationship with my coworkers and the other interns. Everyone there was extremely helpful, nice and welcoming. The internship helped develop my professional skills and learn more about the clean energy industry.

Campaign Intern

What I liked

I loved the team! We were a small branch in my hometown area, focusing on one of Apex's many ongoing wind farm projects. There was a strong sense of community attached to the project.

What I wish was different

I wish we had started the heavy duty campaigning earlier in the summer. It took a little bit of time for us to get the ball rolling.

Advice

Always be ready to meet someone that can help you down the line. I was not in any way expecting to get an offer the day I met my supervisor, but I was honest and forward about wanting to help out during the summer.
