What I liked
I liked making the schedule, when customers complimented the park or a specific person in the park, and when the computers worked in the admissions department.
What I wish was different
The customer service strategy and the long process to get people into the park.
Advice
Being a supervisor can be difficult because you have to enforce the rules to your workers, keep communication with your boss on what is happening in the department, and also be friendly to the customers and take their thoughts into consideration, but it is possible to all of these things and create skills from them.

Advice
It’s a fun job for high schoolers and those just starting out in the job world. For college and people with more experience , the pay is extremely low and there’s little opportunity to advance. It is a good just just for summer.
