I gained experience that I would not have gained in a large company. I worked closely with co-workers and learned many skills. I became certified on machines and was able to take classes to extend my knowledge in areas of interest. Everyone I worked with created a positive work environment.
What I wish was different
With the company being so small, there were periods of time that I didn't have a lot of responsibilities. I enjoy a more fast-paced work environment.
Advice
There's a lot of aspects that working at a small company provides that you don't receive at a large company.
