The nursing staff changed in July and it made the environment more negative. I would have changed the way they approached us and some changes they made.

Communication between us and employers/nurses. CNAs did all the work and nurses still looked down on us

If you’re looking into nursing, become a CNA first. That will tell you if you’re cut out for it or not.
