I really enjoyed the staff and my coworkers. It was a fast-paced, hectic environment, but I always had help from my coworkers and managers when I needed it, as well as learned so much from everyone's years of experience in the industry.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have balanced school and work better so I could have stayed working for the company.
Advice
I would say that trying something new is always a great way to learn about yourself and what you like and don't like. It also is a great way to create connections beyond the workplace that help you connect later on in your career. Even though a Customer Service Sales Rep is not what I am going to school for, the experience in sales and customer service gave me so much perspective on how business works in the real world and really solidified the direction I want to go in my education.
