I love the commission based Job, and the things that I learn about creating opportunities and getting outside of my comfort zone to succeed.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have taken advantage of the summer portion of this job, the sales part, more fully. But recruiting is the most profitable so what I’m doing is great.

Meet with many companies and find someone that wants to invest in you long term. Generosity is rare but if you can find it, you will love this job and your employer.
