It is extremely important to demonstrate curiosity and a desire to learn/grow. Further, I would suggest that everyone take the time to get to know coworkers on a personal level.

What I liked
It was a great opportunity to learn about the world of finance. I learned so much about the industry, as well as the firm itself. The internship allows you to see the day-to-day operations as well as immerse yourself in the life of someone in the financial sector.
What I wish was different
I wish I was given more tasks to complete. Unfortunately, a busy industry and team setting sometimes leaves interns with some down time.
Advice
Ask a lot of questions. Everyone is super friendly, and the more questions you ask the more you will learn.
