What I liked

I like working at the new location and becoming one of the newest shift managers on board. I also enjoy my team members they help make my experience and transition to a new store a memorable one.

What I wish was different

The time management on the part of others which is why i set an example for those to follow.

Advice

One piece of advice I would share with people about my experiences is to not be afraid to take on higher roles. They tend to put you in better positions not just financially but mentally as well. It strengthens the mind, gives you leadership experience, as well as a new sense of self.

I would not have changed anything about the actual job, although I wish I had not chosen to work in fast food at all

Remember to not bring work home with you; that is, remember that when a customer is upset, it’s generally not about YOU: there is something else going on in their lives
