What I liked
Got to work on actual projects, so I felt like I was making a difference in the company. Also I learned a lot and got a ton of experience. And the schedule layout I had worked well, as I got of at lunch time fridays and still got 40 hours
What I wish was different
Felt separate from the other interns. It would have been better to work with them or at least see them sometimes
Advice
Take it seriously, its real work, an in return you get real experience.

What I liked
Everything. I had a great team leader and team, and I got to work on valuable software. I felt appreciated and like part of the company. I found pride in being a part of ArcB Tech
What I wish was different
A loose dress code would've been nice. The company has recently loosened it's dress code actually. Work attire is now jeans and a T-shirt.
Advice
Be willing to get outside of your comfort zone and meet other people in the company. It really surprised me how friendly ArcB Tech employees were.
