What I liked

I have been a member of the Arena Stage summer camp staff every year since I was sixteen, and every summer has been better than the last. I've learned so much about the arts, being an effective and supportive educator, child development, and so much more from this experience

What I wish was different

This summer I was at camp for a shorter time than I usually am, and I wish I could've stayed for the full summer term.

Advice

I would tell anyone interested in a position with Arena Stage in general to be open to learning new things, because every person there is full of insight and wants to share it.
