“I really enjoyed getting the opportunity to improve on my leadership skills and develop into a better version of myself. We got to go into the fields and practice completing missions and relying on one another to do their part towards completing our shared common goal. By the end of the 2 months that I was there, I was able to lead 40 individuals into believing and trusting what I say and my plans of action without hesitation. ”
