Digital Marketing Intern

What I liked

I like that my supervisors were invested in my own personal career growth and introduced me to a wide range of experiences, from leading my own workshops, trusting me with designing marketing materials, to participating in weekly marketing meetings.

What I wish was different

I wish I was exposed to more departments within the organization, such as the fiscal or development side of things. I worked mostly with Teen Programs.

Advice

Be open to learning and failing, because the people at ArtsConnection will help you learn from your mistakes and grow your confidence in both soft and hard skills.
