That it is okay to not know what you are getting yourself into. When I came to Astor I wore multiple hats and bounced around from data analysis, to sales, to marketing, and to the copying machine. Prior to coming i had no clue what I was going to do here, but I made it a priority to make sure whatever i was given i would put my 100% effort in to it.
