Its fun, challenges my management skills, and actively works to improve my leadership skills. The camp pays for my personal development in areas such as time management, communication, money management, and how to work as a part of an ever-growing organization.

Advice
Don't do it unless you can commit to it. You need to work the whole summer for the best experience.
