I loved the hands-on aspect where the physician I was working with allowed me to interact directly with patients, applying braces and casts, providing education on vitamin d and bone health, etc.

Use this as an opportunity to connect with other healthcare professionals and executives in the company because Atlantic Health makes their top executives pretty accessible to interns through networking lunches, lunch and learns, and other fun events.
