Company offers paid training and relocation expenses are covered if you are relocating. There is no contract so you are not tied to this job if you don't like it.

Salary is too low and health insurance plan that the company offers is bad.

Your experience with Atos Syntel depends on the project that you are assigned to. Make sure to ask what client will you be working for and do research on that company and its culture. Your work location is a good indicator of what client you will be working for.
