The people were fantastic, including my direct supervisor. It was a friendly environment where everyone was willing to help out and answer question. It was a relatively simple job that allowed me to interact with providers and learn more about medicare.
What I wish was different
There really isn't anything I would change except there being more representatives. Also, there needed to be more people processing applications as my job position would get the phone calls of people angry that their application had not been processed when we could not do anything about it.
Advice
Go in knowing that it is going to a take a little bit of learning how to use the systems and that while you use the system everyday, the providers do not, so as you get more frustrated, so do they.
