What I liked
The company was very free-flowing and had flexible hours. The company is very fast growing and transitioning into a fully owned and operated subsidiary of Boeing. The people were very driven and knowledgeable of their jobs and the industry of aerospace and supply chain.
What I wish was different
The beginning of the program was a little disorganized and the projects took a few weeks to get a full grasp of the scope and objectives.
Advice
Remain in touch with any of your employers that you would want to work for while in school. Maintain the friendliness and network that you set up while in the office.
