The team at Avizo was great at letting us know their expectations and helping us. They didn’t expect us to know everything as an intern and the coaches were very helpful during the internship.
What I wish was different
More one on one interactions with coaches and coaches and individualism rather than being looked at solely as an intern group.
Advice
Go into your internship ready to learn and humble. Try to ask well researched questions and know what you’re asking before you go to a coach.
