What I liked

An excellent work environment with invested leadership that allows you to explore the company and focus on the aspects of the job you enjoy. I've been able to grow in my position and have it molded to my interests and strengths in a way that I haven't experienced at any other employer.

What I wish was different

The company is fairly new and growing rapidly, it changes quickly and you have to be on top of the change. The day-to-day job can be difficult, but good management and side projects allow for it to be rewarding enough to keep you motivated.

Advice

Take the job, it's good work and the opportunities for advancement are better than anywhere else in the industry. There isn't another tech company in Utah that will allow you to enter in one capacity and grow into another quite like Bacon.
