I loved my coworkers and the environment we created to help each other and contour tasks. We often banded together and accomplished many things through teamwork.
What I wish was different
Management was not the best and I believe that, it is often the case in many places where up management takes advantage of power and abuses their staff the the superiority of wages. It ultimately makes it hard to love the job and stay in the end, especially for new workers who sometimes have multiple options of employment.
Advice
It’s often said to avoid retail as it notorious for its horrible work conditions. With that, restaurant and fast food environments are no better and it incredibly unfortunate that they are few of entry level positions creating a lasting impression.
