I enjoy making sure all products are up to standard and creating a healthy work environment.
What I wish was different
I wish we had been able to hire older employees such as at least college-age or older. The more time I spend in the food industry I find that it is easier to find great, ambitious workers when they have a reason to work and something to pay for.
