The company feels like a family because it is family owned. The President, VP, and Account manager are always walking through the plant and know your name even as an intern.
What I wish was different
The lab is extremely small and the full-time lab technicians are set in their ways.
Advice
Make sure you smile while you work. I was too focused and everyone thought I was always upset when I just wanted to make sure everything was done safely and the quality of the product wasn't being neglected.
