The work culture was great. Everyone there was super helpful. The work environment was very spontaneous and exciting. It was a very flexible job.

What I liked
We got to learn about the different car dealerships owned by the Baker Motor Group.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have learned each part of the business more closely. For example, shadow the salesmen for a day, follow the financiers, etc. Lean exactly what they did on a day to day basis
Advice
This was a great experience and I enjoyed the people I worked with and I would highly recommend people taking this as a summer job.
