What I liked
Barn2Door demonstrates strong company values and a positive culture. The company has a heart for the Farmers they serve, and truly value their employees. The workplace is team-oriented, and you feel like you're contributing to something bigger. As an Intern, I was respected and encouraged to take on big tasks. Upon the completion of my internship, I was offered a full time job and have been thriving here ever since!
