What I liked
The culture was very open. People are always willing to help you out. Bausch is customer centered and upholds its values.
What I wish was different
I took in projects that management was working on so I always felt like I was contributing. The problem is the lack of innovation which might make intern tasks redundant.
Advice
Always look to network! Companies are always looking to hold on to interns who have done a great job and the only way you can do so is by meeting new people and allowing for them to get to know you better !
