I liked the environment and the clientele we service. It is a very misunderstood and underserviced community. The work we do and the outcomes we help foster did (and still does) gives me a sense of pride.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more opportunity in other parts of the organization. I think seeing Bayada's other practices would be a great experience.
