Access Services

October 2014 - September 2019 • Rowlett, TX

What I liked

I liked having the opportunity to learn about different departments.

What I wish was different

I wish my supervisors would have been more organized and professional.

Advice

I would advise to take advantage of the training process and always ask for help. When you are working in the medical field and dealing with insurance you will find that changes are always occuring. It is more important to seek help then to continue doing something wrong that could hold up the billing process.
