The company culture is fantastic. The people who make up BCRA are some of the kindest, most dedicated and hardest working folks I've ever had the privilege to work with. I learned a lot, developed new skills and honed old ones.
What I wish was different
Not much, honestly. I don't think I could have asked for a better internship experience.
Advice
Know that an internship is meant to be a learning experience. You may have days where you feel like an imposter but remember, you were picked for the position and it most likely isn't for your vast experience but for another reason that they may never disclose to you. Just know that you were picked and you can do the job!
