Well-developed programs with many development opportunities. Work directly with managers. Managers very willing to help you succeed. Present to executive team members at the end of the summer.
What I wish was different
More integrated team work - once you are in a department, you pretty much work within that department for the whole summer.
Advice
Offer to do more work. Take any opportunities that are offered. Ask questions. Request to shadow another department.

What I liked
Laid back and great learning environment. Company throws lots of events that interns are invited to. Immediately felt comfortable with my boss and co-workers.
What I wish was different
More interaction with other sectors of the company. I was mostly limited to my job in branch operations and did not get to see many of the things the other interns were doing.
Advice
Prepare for it to be like a typical 9-5 office job. But the people are great and extremely willing to help you learn and find success!
