I loved the amount of creative liberty that this internship offered to me. I was given full ownership over the planning process for one of their biggest events of the year and they provided me resources to design it the way I envisioned. I loved the support of the staff and the many opportunities they presented me to learn and practice necessary skills for my future.
What I wish was different
Advice
Ask questions! The fulltime staff was always willing to talk me through problems and advise me on my tasks but I tried to do it all myself. Internships are meant to learn and practice for your future career so take advantage of the knowledge and experience of those above you!
