If someone calls in on the following shift, the shift that is currently at the building is up for mandation, Which is stressful.
Advice
Keep an open mind and don’t judge people. We all have different beliefs and views on health. It’s important to respect these beliefs and respect the overall individual.

What I liked
The staff and residents were the best part of the jobs hands down. I was able to get to know and care for many precious elderly people. I made many friends and loved my work team.
What I wish was different
I had to work most sundays which was a big part of my leaving as I am very involved with my church and missing that experience worn on me
